Green Technologies in preventing the infectious airbourne diseases, H1N1
Posted by: UYKUAN

After so much been said and done in the prevention of H1N1 via washing hands, wearing masks and staying in isolation when flu symptoms prevails, what else can we do.

The Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA")and American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers ("ASHRAE") have got their position documents in the prevention of infectious airbourne diseases like H1N1 and SARS (H5N1). They can be easily found in the internet if you key in their organisations' names and "influenza A".

As the second wave of H1N1 has started in Europe, we should perhaps consider other preventive measures.
