Referring to newcomer students, we have heard that nowadays instead of Universities’ staff, hustlers go to the airports and introducing themselves as university’s guidance to guide students from airport to their university. They charge the students a considerable amount which is much higher than the normal transportation charges from airport to their university, stating that they can refund the money the next day from the international office of the university. The next day when the students went to refund the money they realized that the person wasn’t from the university and he was a hustler. Unfortunately, they have lost their money and no one is there to help.
