Internet connection problems

Internet Connection Problem is continuing for the 3rd week in different Cities in Malaysia

 

 

IZZI Wireless broadband which is one of the wireless competitor network providers in Malaysia, has got some problem in their network for last 3 weeks. As you walk through the streets and highways, the Izzi advertising boards have bolded their slogan which says ANYONE CAN SURF, ANYWHERE…

 

Unfortunately, for the last 3 weeks we are not able to connect to the Izzi network in day and night. It has become a routine matter that every night after 10 o’ clock, the network will be switched off for repair as they say, till morning around 10 or 11 o clock. It sounds weird that Izzi technical experts could not overcome the problem and error after 3 continuous weeks.

 

The other interesting issue about Izzi wireless broadband is their customer service availability. Almost in many countries around the world, the customer service is available 24 hours a day, but Izzi customer service is available from 8 am to 10 pm from Monday to Friday.  It means if in case you face a problem during weekends you never can find any responsible person to solve your problem.

 

I believe, Izzi directors must think deeply about their company’s services, experts and employees they have within their organization. Moreover, this slogan that ANYONE CAN SURF, ANY WHERE is not a good one any more.

Click!.............click! click!.............click!... No not playing with a clicker toy. Switching on and off on and off on and off my modem. Cannot solve such a simple thing and we tell the world we have a very modern and futuristic Multimedia Super Corridor.
I am sooooo happy to know I am not the only one suffering and making complaints!
I am so disappointed with this company's service that I do not wish to continue service when my 12 months is up.
Yukio, I dont think we have any choice but to use this useless service provider. They monopolise the biz and have a "take-it-or-leave-it" attitute, which they shove down our throats. Just have to continue the click! click! Have a nice day and dont let this irritation bother you.
IZZI broke down on 23 September 08 from 9:20PM till (at least 6:00AM 24 Sept) near PJ Hilton.

I cannot believe during this time, their technicians were fixing the problem and it took close to 10 hours to fix. It's more likely a case of their technicians are not even aware there is a problem with their network until they arrive for work the next morning!! This company is a JOKE!!!!

No more renewal!!! IZZI will not get a single more cent from me!!!
